Miglė earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Vilnius University. Subsequently she decided to move to the Netherlands and continue her education at Radboud University, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Chemistry. Passion for enzymatic reactions led her to a PhD degree at Radboud University in the group of Prof. Wilhelm Huck, where she explored dynamic control and optimisation of enzymatic reaction networks for cell-free biosynthesis. In 2026 Miglė joined the RobotLab as a postdoctoral researcher in the Big Chemistry consortium under supervision of Dr. Mathijs Mabesoone, where she investigates properties of surfactant mixtures as well as delves into peptide catalysis.
